Abstract :Portal ven trombozu, koagülopatiler, vaskülit veya miyeloproliferatif hastalıkların seyrinde görülen, ekstrahepatik presinüzoidal portal hipertansiyon nedenidir. Paroksismal nokturnal hemoglobinüri, daha çok hepatik venlerde tromboza neden olmakla birlikte, portal ven trombozunun nadir nedenleri arasındadır. Burada sebebi paroksismal nokturnal hemoglobinüri olan bir portal ven trombozu olgusu sunuldu.
