Abstract :Etkili bir Türkçe literatür tarama olanağı olmadı- ğından, Türkçe literatürde 1999 yılında yayınla- nan çalışmamızdan bahsetmek isterim. Çalışma- ya tanıları histolojik ve endoskopik olarak kon- muş 34 ülseratif kolit hastası alındı. 8 hastada clubbing saptandı (%23,5). 7’sinde finger club- bing, 1’inde digital clubbing mevcuttu. Digital clubbingli 1 hastada HOA mevcuttu. Clubbing saptanan hastaların hepsi aktif ülseratif kolitli hastalardı (10 )
