Abstract :Gastrointestinal sistem tümörleri arasında ince barsak tümörlerine seyrek rastlanır. Duodenum tümörlerinden ampulla çevresi yerleşimliler daha yüksek, bulbus yerleşimli olanlar da oldukça düşük bir insidense sahiptir. Gerek bulbus ve gerekse 2. kısım yerleşimli tümörlerde, endoskopik tedavi yöntemleri giderek önem kazanmaktadır. Bu tedavi yöntemlerinden en sık uygulananlar snare polipektomi ve saline ile endoskopik mukozal rezeksiyondur. Bu yazımızda kliniğimizde rastladığımız bulbus yerleşimli büyük bir adenomanın endoskopik tedavisini bildiriyoruz.
