Abstract :Hidatid kist, Ekinokokkus granülosus'un yaptığı paraziter bir hastalık olup, ülkemiz dahil olmak üzere bir çok ülkede endemik ve ciddi bir halk sağlığı problemi olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. .Bu çalışmada preoperatif tanı zorluğuna neden olan, izole intraabdominal yerleşimli dev bir hidatid kist olgusu sunulmuştur.
