Abstract :Ağrılı Bipartite Patellaya Eşlik Eden Spina Bifida Occultanın  Rehabilitasyon Sonuçları: İki Olgu Sunumu Özet  Bipartite patella (BP), patellanın aksesuar ossifikasyon merkezlerinin birleşim kusuruyla  karakterize klinik bir durumdur. Ağrılı bipartite patella, ön diz ağrısı nedenlerinden olup , görülme sıklığı %0.2`dir. Erkeklerde daha sık görülürken, kadınlarda bilateral  görülme sıklığı artmıştır. BP olgularının çoğu asemptomatiktir. Tanı direkt grafi, sintigrafi,  manyetik rezonans görüntüleme, bilgisayarlı tomografi ile konulabilir. Radyolojisi  patella fraktürüne benzemektedir. BP’nin tanısı ve tedavisi ile ilgili çeşitli olgu sunumları  yapılmıştır. Bu yazıda BP’ye eşlik eden spina bifida occulta varyasyonlu iki olgunun  rehabilitasyon sonuçları güncel literatür eşliğinde sunulmuştur. Anahtar Kelimeler: Bipartite patella, anatomik varyasyon, spina bifida, ossifikasyon  merkezi   Rehabilitation Outcomes of Painful Bipartite Patella Accompanying  Spina Bifida Occulta: Two Case Reports   Abstract  The bipartite patella (BP) is a clinical condition characterized by a defective fusion of  the accessory ossification centers of the patella. Painful bipartite patella is one of the  causes of anterior knee pain and the incidence is 0.2%. While it is more frequent in  males, the incidence of bilateral involvement in women has increased. Most BP cases  are asymptomatic. Diagnosis can be made by direct X-ray, scintigraphy, magnetic  resonance imaging, computerized tomography. Radiology resembles patella fracture.  Several case presentations have been made regarding the diagnosis and treatment of  BP. In this article, rehabilitation outcomes of two cases with BP accompanying spina  bifida occulta variation are presented in the light of current literature.
