Abstract :Metotreksata Bağlı Kutanöz Ülserasyonda Levine Koruma  Modeli’ne Göre Bakım   Özet           Akut Lenfoblastik Lösemi (ALL) çocukluk çağı kanserlerinin en sık görüleni olup,  tedavisinde kemoterapötik ajanlar kullanılır. Kemoterapi tedavisi birçok komplikasyonu  içinde barındıran zorlayıcı bir süreçtir. Bu zorlayıcı süreçte hemşirelik girişimleri ve  bakımın uygulanmasında yol gösterici hemşirelik modellerinden biri olan Levine Koruma  Modeli’nin kullanımı etkin bakımın verilmesinde anahtar role sahiptir. Bu nedenle  bu makalede, ALL tedavisinde Metotreksat kullanımına bağlı olarak gelişen kutanöz  ülserasyon olgusunda, Levine Koruma Modeli’ne göre bakım örneği sunulmuştur.  Olguda, Levine Koruma Modeli’nin dört temel koruma ilkesi ve North American Nursing  Diagnosis Association Sınıflandırma Sistemi (NANDA) doğrultusunda hemşirelik bakım  yargıları belirlenmiş, ardından uygulanan girişimler ve sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: (3-5 Kelime):  ALL, metotreksat, kutanöz ülserasyon, Levine Koruma Modeli,  bakım   Care Based On Levine’s Conservation Model In Methotrexate  Induced Cutaneous Ulceration   Abstract       Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common form of childhood cancers,  and chemotherapeutic agents are used in treatment. Chemotherapy treatment is a  challenging process that involves many complications. The use of Levine’s Conservation  Model, one of the leading nursing models in nursing initiatives and the implementation  of care in this challenging process, is the key to providing effective care. Therefore, in  this the case report a sample of care based on Levine’s Conservation Model in case of  cutaneous ulceration due to methotrexate use for the treatment of ALL was presented.  The four basic principles of the Levine Conservation Model and nursing care judgments  in accordance with the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association Cassification  System (NANDA) were determined, subsequently the interventions and results were  evaluated.
