Abstract :Holistik Hemşirelik Bakımı Özet  İnsan biyolojik, fizyolojik, psikolojik, sosyal, kültürel ve spiritüel boyutları olan bir  bütündür. Bu boyutların her biri birbiri ile ilişkilidir ve birbirini etkilemektedir. Her insan  bireyseldir ve her insanın sağlığa ve hastalığa verdiği tepkiler birbirinden farklıdır. İnsan,  sağlığı geliştirme ve hastalıkların iyileşmesinde sağlık bakım profesyonellerinin yardım  ve desteğine ihtiyaç duyar. Bakım hemşireliğin özüdür ve hızla gelişen sağlık alanında  hemşirelik uygulamalarının temelinde yer almaktadır. Bakım bireyden olumlu sonuçlar  elde edilmesinde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Ancak insana verilen hemşirelik bakımı  bireyin sadece hastalığına odaklanmamalı, bireyin tüm boyutlarını içerecek şekilde  kapsamlı bir bakım olmalıdır. Bu nedenle bireyin tüm boyutlarının iyileştirilmesinde ve  geliştirilmesinde holistik bakım kavramı ön plana çıkmaktadır. Holistik bakım beden,  zihin, ruhun birbirine bağlı olduğunu ve bir bütün olarak ele alınmaları gerektiğini  savunmaktadır. Each of these dimensions are interrelated and affect each other.  Each person is an individual and the response of each person to health and disease  is different. Human needs help and support of the healthcare professions in healing  of diseases and health promotion. Care is the essence of nursing and it is located on  the basis of nursing practice in the field of health which is developing rapidly. Care  has an important position in achieving positive results from the individuals. However  the nursing care given to people should not focus only on the individual’s disease, it  should be a comprehensive care to include the entire dimensions of the individual.  Therefore holistic care concept has come to the foreground in the improvement and  development of all aspects of the individual. Holistic care advocates that body, mind,  spirit are interconnected and must be commented as a whole. Keywords:   Nursing, care, holistic approach
