Abstract :İnmeli Hastada Palyatif Bakım: Olgu Sunumu   Özet İnme, tüm dünyada kanser ve kalp hastalıklarından sonra gelen en sık ölüm nedenidir.  Önlemler alınmaz ve erken müdahale edilmezse kalıcı sakatlıklara yol açmakta ve  kişinin yaşam kalitesini olumsuz yönde etkileyebilmektedir. Palyatif bakım kliniklerinde;  inmeli hastanın var olan problemini çözüme kavuşturmak, hastanın yaşam kalitesini  iyileştirmek, hasta ve yakınlarına psikososyal destek sağlamak, hasta ve yakınlarını  bilgilendirmek esas amaçtır. Bu olgu sunumunun amacı, hipertansiyona bağlı 6 yıl  önce inme tanısı alan hastanın mevcut durumunu, hemşirelik tanılarını ve uygulanan  girişimleri açıklayıcı bir şekilde sunmaktır. Anahtar Kelimeler:  Inme, palyatif bakım, hemşirelik girişimleri   Pallitive Care in Patient with Stroke: Case Report   Abstract  Stroke is the most common cause of death in the world after cancer and heart diseases.  If precautions are not taken and not intervened early, it causes permanent disability and  negatively affects the quality of life of the individual. In palliative care clinics, it is the  main objective to resolve the existing problem of the patient with stroke, to improve the  quality of life, to provide psychosocial support and inform both patient and relatives.  The aim of this case report is to present the current condition, nursing diagnoses  and interventions of the patient who was diagnosed with stroke 6 years ago due to  hypertension.
