Abstract :Yenidoğan Ebeveyn İlişkisinin Başlatılması ve Geliştirilmesi Özet (≤250 KELİME)       Dünyaya gelen bebeğin yaşamın ilk dakikalarından itibaren hayatını idame ettirebilmesi,  duygusal ve fiziksel olarak tatmin olabilmesi için bakım verecek bir kişiye ihtiyacı vardır.  Bu kişi genellikle annedir. Anne ile birlikte babanın doğum sonu ilk saatlerde bebekleri  ile bir arada kalmaları bebeğe dokunup, gülümseme, açlığını giderme gibi olumlamalar  sergilemeleri bebeğin bütün yaşamı boyunca zihinsel ve fiziksel gelişimlerini olumlu  yönde etkileyecektir. Her zaman rol modellere sahip olamayan anne ve babalara,  özellikle prematüre ve anomalili özel bakım gerektiren bebeğe sahip ebeveynlere  bebekleri ile iletişim ve bağlanma konusunda sağlık çalışanları tarafından danışmanlık  verilmeli ve çiftler desteklenmelidir. Bu derlemede yenidoğan ebeveyn ilişkisinin  erken başlatılmasının önemine ve bebekle ilk temasta bulunan sağlık çalışanları olarak  ebelerin konumlarına dikkat çekilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: (3-5 Kelime):  Bağlanma, Bağlanma ilişkileri, Ebelik, Yenidoğan-ebeveyn  bağlanması.   The Initiation and Improvement of Newborn-Parent Relationship   Abstract (≤250 WORDS) In order to sustain life since the very early minutes of birth, and to be satisfied both  emotionally and physically, the newborn baby needs a person who can provide nursing.  This person is generally the mother. As well as the mother, the father’s beWing together  with the baby in the early hours after birth, touching, feeding the baby and smiling at  it, affects the physical and mental improvements of the baby positively throughout its  life. A consultancy should be given to the parents who do not always have role-models,  especially to the ones having babies who are premature and abnormal being in the  need of special care by health staff about their relationship with and attachment to their  babies and the couples should be supported. In this review early initiation of newbornparent relationship and the positions of the health staff-midwives who touch the baby  for the first time are focused on.
