Abstract :It is especially crucial to train management staff, which gains greater importance when they are obliged to consolidate the finances of the central administration, the states and municipalities. Thus, they are inspected in terms of principles of fulfilling tasks, developing efficiency at work, improving productivity and maintaining quality. Pre-service technical training including the Great State Examination is an optimal preparation process for both public administration and private sector.
