Abstract :Yirmi iki yaşında 31 haftalık gebe hasta eklampsi nedeniyle hastaneye yatırıldı. Her iki gözde ışığı algılayamayan hastanın görmesi, yüksek kan basıncının kontrol altına alınması ve sezaryen ameliyatı sonrası düzelmeye başladı. Hastaya Posterior Reversibl Ensefalopati Sendromu tanısı konuldu. PRES baş ağrısı, konfüzyon, nöbetler ve görme kaybı ile karakterize bir sendromdur. Malign hipertansiyon, eklampsi ve kullanılan bazı ilaçların yan etkisi olarak meydana gelebilir.
