Abstract :Konjenital diyafragma hernisi KDH abdominal organların toraks boşluğuna herniye olması nedeniyle genellikle solunum yetmezliği, siyanoz, takipne gibi tipik klinik özellikler ile kendini gösterir.KDH nadiren abdominal patolojiler ile beraber olabilir. Literatürde antenatal mide ya da barsak perforasyonunun eşlik ettiği konjenital diyafragma hernili sadece birkaç olgu bildirilmiştir.Biz doğum sonrası konjenital diyafragmahernisini eşlik eden ameliyat sırasında tesadüfen saptanan mide perforasyonu olan nadir bir olguyu sunmayı amaçladık.
