Abstract :Borderline over tümörleri genellikle reprodüktif yaşlarda görülmektedir. Tümör overyan dokuya invaziv bir yapıya sahip olmamakla beraber, peritoneal kavitede prognozu tayin edecek yapılar içerebilir. Borderline over tümörleri için cerrahi tedavi ve adjuvan kemoterapi tartışmalı kavramlardır. Yine de bu durumda literatürü bilmek ve yapılan çalışmaların sonuçlarını her bir hasta için modifiye etmek bu tümörlere klinik yaklaşımın planlanmasını sağlayacaktır.
