Abstract :Ülkemizde konjenital toksoplazmozis seroprevelansı yüksektir. Burada, prenatal hidrosefali tanısı alan ve postnatal 23. günde hastanemize ventriküloperitoneal şant enfeksiyonu ile yatırılan ve izleminde konjenital toksoplazmozis tanısı alan bir olgu sunulmaktadır. Olguyu sunmaktaki amacımız, antenatal ve postnatal tanılı hidrosefali olgularında ayırıcı tanıda diğer hidrosefali yapan nedenler kadar konjenital toksoplazmozisin de düşünülmesini vurgulamaktır.
