Abstract :Amaç: Gebelik sırasında antikoagülan ilaç kullanımı, plasenta kaynaklı komplikasyonları azaltmak, antifosfolipid sendromu, venöz tromboemboli veya mekanik kalp kapağı olan gebe hastalar gibi durumlarda zorunlu olmaktadır. Bu yazıda gebelikte kullanılabilen antikoagülan ilaçlar hakkında genel bilgi verilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
