Abstract :Aim: This study aimed to determine the effects of acute-phase reactants and other factors on osteoporosis in postmenopausal women and to investigate inflammation markers that can be used in early diagnosis. Materials and Methods: This study included 200 postmenopausal patients aged 40-65. Patients were divided into two groups: those with a bone mineral densitometry T-score below -2.5 (osteoporosis-positive) and above -2.5 (osteoporosis-negative).
