Abstract :This essay canvasses how the idea of opposition came about, florished, shaped in history on the one hand and to tries to find the roots of credal and political opposition in Islamic history, on the other. In this regard, after the main framework of opposition has been defined, the case study of the problem at the time of Prophet will be dealt with. Besides, whether the activities that were seen as signs of opposition in the early years of Islam is to be evaluated as something to seize power or to implement idealistic thoughts into practise.
