Abstract :Historically it is a fact that sacrifices have been dedicated to the divine or divinity-atributed beings one kind or another. These sacrifices or rituals have varied from culture to culture and from religions to religions. In the very core of the sacrifice lies the will of God and His sake. In terms of God-man relation this ritual has a distinc place in the history of religions and worths researching as it gives the parametres of this relationship. And it goes without saying that Abraham as the forefather of all religions deserves to be markedly referred. This paper tries to summarize these points.,
