Abstract :Foster-Kennedy sendromu anterior fossanın yer kaplayan kitlesi nedeniyle gelişen, ipsilateral optik atrofi, kontrlateral papil ödemi ve anozmi ile karakterize çok nadir bir sendromdur. Bu makalede Foster-Kennedy sendromu tanısı alan bir hastanın takip bulgularını sunduk. Dev bir ön fossa menenjiyomunun sebep olduğu olguda ileri düzeyde nöro-oftalmalojik inceleme verileri ve MRG inceleme görüntüleri elde ettik.
