Abstract :Spontan koroner arter diseksiyonu akut miyokard infarktüsü ve ani kardiyak ölüme neden olabilen nadir bir klinik durumdur. Genellikle kadınlarda hamilelik ile ilişkili bir şekilde görülmektedir. Biz bu olguda 21 yaşındaki tıp fakültesi öğrencisinin yoğun emosyonel stres yaşadığı sınav döneminde ortaya çıkan, spontan koroner arter diseksiyonuna bağlı gelişen akut inferiyor miyokard infarktüsü olgusunu sunduk.
