Abstract :Altmıșdört yașında, bir erkek hasta kliniğimize hemoptizi, ses kısıklığı, boğazda takılma, yabancı cisim hissi ve solunum sıkıntısı șikayeti ile bașvurdu. İndirekt laringoskopide, epiglot larengeal yüzde yeșil-kahverengi görünümde, canlı ve serbest kısmı rima glottise doğru uzanan yabancı cisme rastlandı. Genel anestezi altında, entübasyon yapılmadan yabancı cisim Magill forseps yardımıyla çıkarıldı. Bu yazıda nadir görülen larengeal sülük enfestasyonunu literatür eșliğinde tartıșarak sunuyoruz.
