Abstract :Today, the concept of sustainability is becoming increasingly important and a strategic priority for businesses. Measuring the sustainability performance of companies operating in the IT sector, which is experiencing rapid digital transformation, is of great importance. The aim of this study is to evaluate the sustainability compliance of companies listed on the BIST Information Technology Index using Entropy-based Grey Relational Analysis. Objectively measuring sustainability performance will facilitate decision-making for both companies and investors. In this study, weights of predetermined sustainability criteria are first calculated using the Entropy method. Then, Grey Relational Analysis is applied to analyze companies\' sustainability performance and obtain rankings. According to both the raw scores and the results of the Grey Relational Analysis, Logo, Kafein and Alcatel companies were identified as the companies with the highest performance. The consistency of these results shows the validity of the applied method.
