Abstract :This research aims to reveal the image of Jerusalem in the poetry of Palestinian poet Samih Al-Qasim, through "al-quds book", and to show his vision and multiple positions from the city under Israeli occupation, and to investigate the Jerusalem's countenance by imaging its various dimensions in this book such as historical, religious, Political dimension, ... etc. that are considered the first supporting evidence of Jerusalem's identity, through three approaches: (1) The symbolical approach. (2) The resistant approach. (3) The social approach.
