Abstract :Bu makalede, slâm düsüncesinde en çok tartısılan konular arasında yer alan hilâfet meselesinde nass problemi ele alınmıstır. Genel itibariyle bu konudaki görüsleri; hilâfette nass sartını arayanlar ve aramayanlar olarak ikiye ayırmak mümkündür. Hilâfette nass sartını arayanlar da kendi aralarında Hz. Ali’ye nass oldugunu savunanlar ve Hz. Ebu Bekr’e nass oldugunu savunanlar olmak üzere ikiye ayrılmıstır. Her grubun, görüslerini desteklemek için getirmis oldugu deliller ayrıntıya girmeksizin ele alınarak incelenmistir.
