Abstract :This study is derived from a master\\\'s thesis. The aim of the study is to investigate the effects of panopticon on job stress and organizational depression, the direction and level of these effects. The population of the study consists of 456 employees of Bpet Energy operating in Ankara, Mersin and Istanbul. Face-to-face survey method was used as a data collection tool. First of all, Correlation analysis was performed to reveal the relationships between the variables determined and then Regression analysis was performed. According to the results of the research, Panopticon and its sub-dimensions do not affect job stress. According to another result, Panopticon and its sub-dimensions (positive panopticon, negative panopticon, extrinsic responsibility, awareness of being monitored) have a significant and positive effect on organizational depression. It is seen that while feeling safe when the organization is being monitored eliminates stress, on the other hand, it may cause depression by falling into the fear of unemployment caused by the fear of being unemployed brought by the future anxiety against the possibility of being fired if they make mistakes in their attitudes, speeches, and work. Keywords : Panoptikon, İş Stresi, Örgütsel Depresyon, Gözetleme, Dijitalleşme, İşyerinde Mahremiyet
