Abstract :Özet Biperiden santral sinir sistemi üzerine etki gösteren antikolinerjik bir ajandır. Atropin benzeri etki göstererek parkinsonizim ve ekstrapiramidal semptomların tedavisinde kullanılır. Biperiden zehirlenmelerinde antikolinerjik sendrom gelişmektedir. Fizostigmin santral etkili asetilkolinesteraz inhibitörüdür. Bu yazıda ciddi Biperiden intoksikasyonuyla başvuran hastada Fizostigmin’le olan tedavi deneyimimizi paylaşmayı amaçladık. It is used in the treatments of parkinsonism and extrapyramidal symptoms by showing Atropine -like effects. Physostigmine is a central acting cholinesterase inhibitor.
