Abstract :Fisher’in bir buçuk sendromu küçük pontin lezyonlarda gözlenen, sık olmayan bir klinik tablodur. 25 yaşında kadın hasta postpartum 2. günde baş ağrısı ve bilinç bulanıklığı ile acil servise getirilmiş.Yapılan ilk değerlendirmede hastanın bilinci letarjik, konuşması dizartrik, sağ göz nötr pozisyonda içe deviye, her iki gözde dışa bakışta kısıtlılık saptanmış.Çekilen kraniyal manyetik rezonans görüntülemede (MRG) ponsta akut dönem hemoraji tespit edilmiş. Biz burada hızlı tanı konulan ve sonrasında akut dönemde rehabilitasyon programı ile desteklenen nadir rastlanılan bir buçuk sendromu tanılı bir hasta sunduk.
