Abstract :This study explores the mediating role of organizational support in the effect of healthcare workers\\\' perceptions of organizational trust on their whistleblowing tendencies. The sample consists of 337 healthcare workers from 18 JCI-accredited private hospitals in Istanbul. Data were collected using scales measuring whistleblowing, organizational trust, and organizational support. The findings confirm that organizational trust positively influences both organizational support and whistleblowing tendencies. Furthermore, the perception of organisational support plays a full mediating role in the impact of organisational trust on the propensity to whistleblow. In order for the culture of whistleblowing to become widespread in healthcare institutions, it is essential to satisfy healthcare workers\\\' feelings of support and trust.
