Eserin birinci bölümü: “Türkiye\'de Demokrasi”, ikinci bölümü: “Türkiye Cumhuriyeti\'nin Osmanlı Kökenleri”, üçüncü bölümü: Tarihsel Perspektif İçinde Türklerin Demokrasi Deneyi, dördüncü bölümü ise “Neden Türkiye İslam Dünyasındaki Tek Demokrasi?” şeklinde isimlendirilmiştir.
