Abstract :In every country, there are real minority groups that have existed for centuries. Afghanistan is also one of the countries that has religious, ethnic, linguistic and religious minorities, but the discussion of the rights of minorities is not much advanced and the minority is one of the citizens of Afghanistan to enjoy all the rights of a citizen after \\\" Bonn\\\" session and the approval of the 2002 Constitution came into existence. In this research on the rights of minorities in Afghanistan law from the perspective of non-discrimination and legal actions, security of freedoms in security, religion, language, education and freedom in judgment.
