Abstract :The article examines the ethical and culturological aspects of dark tourism objects in Azerbaijan and discusses various issues in this area. The aim is to understand the process of preserving national memory and forming collective identity through memorial sites and historical monuments in Azerbaijan. The research was conducted on objects such as the Alley of Martyrs, the Khojaly Monument, and the January 20 Memorial, and included analyses of the ethical messages and visual symbols that these objects present to visitors. The study applied symbolic interpretation and text analysis methods. Visual and textual elements in memorial objects were analyzed with a semiotic approach, focusing on the role of these objects in collective memory and national identity. Artificial intelligence software was used to check grammatical rules in the translation and to ensure compliance with these rules. In addition, support from artificial intelligence programs was received in terms of anticipating requirements when compiling a bibliographic description of the cited literature. Keywords : Karanlık turizm, Etik konular, Kültürel yönler, Anıt objeler, Kolektif bellek, Ulusal kimlik
