Abstract :Modern libraries are not only places where information resources are stored and presented, but also act as innovative enterprises that provide consulting services for training, management and development. This article analyzes the main indicators that can be used to assess the quality and effectiveness of library consulting services. The evaluation indicators include aspects such as service accessibility, user satisfaction, service quality, result orientation, training and development opportunities, innovation and adaptation. Mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative analysis, user surveys, focus groups) are used as a methodological approach.
