Abstract :Malatya is one of the top thirty exporting provinces in Turkey thanks to its geographical location and other characteristics. Malatya has managed to diversify its exports and export markets over the years. This study aims to calculate the market concentration in the exports of Malatya province for the period 2004-2019. For this purpose, foreign trade concentration index and Herfindahl-Hirschman index were used. As a result of the analyses made according to both indices, it has been revealed that market diversification has increased and there is no concentration in the foreign trade of Malatya province.
