Abstract :Today, public relations is an important factor as it observes the outer forces affecting the corporation, constructs and carries on the corporate image. Issue Management term, as a part of public relations, is becoming more important far observing these forces and alsa determining the politics towards them. This article evaluates the function and the place of issue management in public relations discipline. This article takes up issue management as a process to explain issue life cycle.
