Abstract :Generalized essential telangiectasia is a rare, benign condition with an unknown cause. It typically begins in the lower part of the legs and spreads proximally in an ascending manner, which is why it is also referred to as \\\"progressive ascending telangiectasia\\\" in the literature. We present a case involving a 70-year-old patient who was not diagnosed with generalized essential telangiectasia until the age of 70.
