Abstract :Miller Fisher sendromu ataksi, areflexi ve eksternal oftalmopleji triadı ile karakterize akut idyopatik bir hastalık olup, Guillain- Barre sendromunun bir varyantı olarak kabul edilmektedir. Periferal sinir sisteminin enflamatuar demiyelinizan hastalığıdır ve tipik olarak oftalmoplejiye yol açacak kranial sinir tutulumu ile karakterize monofazik nöropatidir. Dengesiz yürüyüş, ağızda sola eğilme, sağ göz kapağını kapatamama, baş dönmesi, bulanık görme ile şikayetleri ile kliniğimize başvuran yetmişdört yaşında, bayan Atipik Miller Fisher sendromu olgusu sunuldu
