Abstract :Retroperitoneal alana kolay ulaşabilirlik ve ürolojik organlara doğrudan yaklaşım nedeniyle retroperitoneoskopi ürolojik cerrahide çekici bir yöntem haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada retroperitoneoskopik nefrektomi ile tedavi edilen bir olgu sunulmuştur. 14-03- 2007 tarihinde kurumumuza bilateral lomber ağrı yakınmasıyla başvuran ve sağ nonfonksiyone böbrek saptanan 45 yaşındaki bayan hastaya retroperitoneoskopik nefrektomi yapıldı. Prosedür hasta lateral dekübitis pozisyonda ve 3 port kullanılarak uygulandı. Retroperitoneoskopi hidrolik balon disseksiyonu yöntemiyle yeterli retroperitoneal boşluk oluşturularak yapıldı. Renal cerrahide retroperitoneoskopik nefrektomi minimal invazif, etkin ve güvenli bir yöntem olarak uygulanabilmektedir.
