Abstract :Saç iplik turnike sendromu süt çocuğunda nadir görülen bir hastalıktır, erken tanı alıp tedavi edilmediğinde doku kaybına neden olabilen tehlikeli bir durumdur. Bu sendrom ayak ve el parmakları, penis, klitoris, boyun ve uvulada görülebilir. Dolaşımı bozarak ödem, iskemi ve doku nekrozuna neden olur. Bu durum strangüle organların otoamputasyonuna neden olabilir. Biz 3. ve 4. parmaklara dolanmış ve başarıyla tedavi edilmiş 1.5 aylık kız çocuğu olgusu sunduk.
