Abstract :Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) is an autogenous material produced from the patient\'s own platelets, used to improve wound healing and tissue regeneration. In this case report, the effect of PRF on wound healing is investigated in a dog with tissue damage associated with infection by different pathogens (Anaplasma, Canine Coronavirus, Pneumonia and Citruvite crystals). PRF was locally applied to the wound area for 21 days, and it was observed that the wound area and the underlying bone tissue healed without any necrotic tissue. It has been concluded that PRF accelerates wound healing and tissue regeneration in material loss tissue injuries accompanied by a multifactorial disease in this case.
