Abstract :Ülkemizde Karadeniz bölgesinde grayanotoksin ihtiva eden deli bal tüketimine bağlı sıra dışı bir gıda zehirlenmesi sık olarak görülmektedir. Zehirlenme bradikardi ve ritim problemleri ile kendini göstermektedir. Deli bal zehirlenmesine maruz kalan ve elektrokardiyografisinde (EKG) ST elevasyonu ile acile gelen bir olgu sunulmaktadır
