Abstract :Datura stramonium belladona alkaloid ailesinin üyesi olan bir bitkidir. Baºlýca üyesi atropindir, santral sinir sistemine geçmesi durumunda kolinerjik ileti üzerinden etkisini gösterir. Yüksek miktarda alýnmasý durumunda, atropinin sebep olduðu klinik bulgular olan midriazis, taºikardi, kuru cilt, flushing, üriner retansiyon, santral sinir sistemi semptomlarý oluºabilir. Biz Acil Serviste fazla miktarda Datura stramonium alan, aðýz ve boðazýnda kuruluk ve ateº ºikayetleriyle baºvuran ve takiplerinde antikolinerjik sendrom bulgularý tespit edilen 22 yaºýndaki bir olguyu sunmayý amaçladýk
