THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION AND THE ASPECTS OF JOB SATISFACTION: A FIELD STUDY FOR ACADEMIC ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract :The aim of the study is to determine the relationship between communication and the aspects of job satisfaction among the academicians. The study is based upon field research in a university. Data were collected by questionnaires, and analysed by SPSS programme on computer. The frequency, Pearson correlation, chi square tests and cross tabulation are used. According to the findings it can be said that there is a relationship between communication and the five aspects of job satisfaction, namely work satisfaction itself , satisfaction with organizational image, satisfaction with administrators, satisfaction with administrative approach, and the satisfaction with colleagues. But there is no relationship between communication and satisfaction with pay
