Abstract :This article elaborates the positions, postures and discourses of the three main Trade Union Confederations of Turkey on Turkey’s accession process to the European Union EU specifically after the EU Councils’s Luxemburg and Helsinki summits. The article also aims to uncover the limitations of these actors on their participation to the foreign policy making process of Turkey
