Abstract :Konjenital koroner anomaliler göreceli olarak seyrek görülürler. Prevelans otopsi serileri ve anjiyografik çalflmalarda %0.3 ile %1.3 arasnda de¤iflen oranlarda rapor edilmifltir. Biz sa¤ koronerin posterolateral dalndan köken alan bir konus arter anomalisini rapor ediyoruz. Anomali kalp kateterizasyonu srasnda tesadüfen bulunmufltur. Böyle bir anomali ilk defa tanmlanmaktadr.
