Abstract :Koroner arter anomalisi sık olmamakla beraber ülkemizde de görülen bir anomalidir. Fakat biz bu olgu sunumunda daha önce hiç bildirilmemiş, aortanın küçük kurvaturundan çıkan koroner arter anomalisini tanımladık. Olgunun tüm görüntüleri ile beraber kliniğini rapor ettik.
