Abstract :  ÖZET: Çinko ve bakır esansiyel metaller olarak bilinmesine ve pek çok enzim sisteminde görev almasına rağmen yüksek konsantrasyonlarda toksik etki göstermektedir. Bu çalışmada Kadife balığı ( Tinca tinca L., 1758) için bu metallerin 96 saatlik LC 50 değerlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda çinko ve bakır için 96 saatlik LC 50 değerleri sırasıyla 20.79 (%95 güven aralığı; 17.39-23.98) ve 1.13 (%95 güven aralığı; 1.06–1.20 ) mg l -1 olarak bulunmuştur. Anahtar Kelimeler: Çinko klorür, Bakır sülfat, Toksisite, Lethal konsantrasyon, Ağır metal.   Determination of the Acute Toxicity of Zinc and Copper on Tench ( Tinca tinca L., 1758)   ABSTRACT: Although, zinc and copper are known to be essential metals and have important functions in several enzyme systems, they can have toxic effects at high concentrations. In this study it was aimed to determine the 96 h LC 50 values of zinc and copper, for tench ( Tinca tinca L.,1758). The 96 h LC 50 values for zinc and copper were found as 20.79 (%95 confidence intervals; 17.39-23.98) ve 1.13 (%95 confidence intervals; 1.06-1.20 ) mg l -1 , respectively.
