Abstract :Bu çalışmanın amacı, M-Firma Yoğunlaşma Oranı (CRM) ve Herfindahl-Hirschman Endeksi (HHI) hesaplama yöntemleri kullanılarak araştırma bölgesi olan Konya ilinde buğday üretiminde kullanılan tarım ilaçları (BÜKTİ) piyasa yapısının belirlenmesidir. CRM oranı ve HHI endeksi hesaplamalarında tarım ilacı üreten/ithal eden kuruluşlara ait pazar payları kullanılmıştır. Pazar paylarının hesaplanmasında kullanılan satış miktarı ve satış fiyatı verileri tarım ilacı satan kuruluşlarla yapılan anketlerden ve Konya Gıda, Tarım ve Hayvancılık Bakanlığı İl/İlçe Müdürlüklerinden elde edilmiştir. Araştırma bölgesi BÜKTİ piyasasında en büyük 4 firmaya ait CR 4 oranı % 66.29, en büyük 8 firmaya ait CR 8 oranı % 85.36 olarak hesaplanırken HHI endeksi 1340.41 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Tekelleşme gücünün bir ölçüsü olarak kabul edilen CRM oranı ve HHI endeksinin yüksek olması Konya ilinde BÜKTİ piyasa yapısının oligopol piyasa yapısı özelliklerini taşıdığı anlamına gelmektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Buğday, Pazar payı, Piyasa yoğunlaşması, Tarım ilaçları, Konya Determination of the Market Structure of Pesticides Used in Wheat Production in Konya   Abstract: The objective of this study was to determine the marketing structure of pesticides used in wheat production in Konyaby using M-Firm Concentration Ratio (CRM) and Herfindahl-Hirschman index (HHI). The market shares of firms manufactured/imported pesticides were used in order to estimate CRM and HHI. The data on selling amount and selling price used in the estimation of market shares were obtained from the surveys conducted to pesticides dealers and from Konya Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock Province and District Offices. CR 4 of the biggest four firms, CR 8 of the biggest eight firms, and HHI of the market of pesticides used in wheat production were estimated in research area as 66.29 %, 85.36 % and 1340.41 respectively. The high values of CRM and HHI, which are accepted as the measurement of the monopoly power, indicated that the market structure of pesticides used in wheat production was a oligopoly type of market structure in Konya.     Key Words: Konya, Market concentration, Market share, Pesticides, Wheat
