Abstract :Bu çalışmada, 43 dişi köpekten 18’i taze sperma, 25’i dondurulmuş spermalarla intravaginal yolla tohumlanmıştır. Gebelik oranı teze sperma ile % 66.6, dondurulmuş sperma ile % 32 bulunmuştur. Gebelik oranı tohumlama sayısındaki artışla yükseltilmiştir. 12 köpek taze sperma ile yalnızca bir kez, 6 köpek ise 1 gün ara ile iki kez tohumlanmıştır. Dondurulmuş sperma ile 8 köpek bir kez, 17 köpek iki kez tohumlanmıştır. Gebelik oranları sırasıyla teze sperma ile % 58.4 ve % 83.4, dondurulmuş sperma ile % 12.5 ve % 41.2 olarak saptanmıştır.
