Abstract :Anetoderma sebebi bilinmeyen, dermal elastik doku miktarında azalmayla karakterize kutanöz bir hastalıktır. Tipik olarak deride hafif bir herniasyon ve palpasyonla hastalıklı deride gevşeklik izlenir. Primer formu idiopatik olup sekonder formu inflamatuar, enfeksiyöz ve otoimmün hastalıklara bağlı gelişebilir. Ailesel formları da bildirilmiştir. Nadir görülmesi ve yüzün diğer benzer lezyonlarıyla karışabilmesi sebebiyle bu vakayı sunmayı uygun gördük. Anetoderma is a cutaneous disease of unknown etiology, characterized by a decrease in the amount of dermal elastic tissue. Typically, a slight herniation of the skin and palpation of the diseased skin are observed. The primary form is idiopathic and may develop secondary to inflammatory, infectious and autoimmune diseases. Familial forms have also been reported. We present a case of anetoderma which developed after acne because of its rarity.
