Abstract :Amaç: Otuz bir yaşında, kadın hasta 2 yıldır zaman zaman olan diz, el bileği ve ayak bileğinde ağrı son 6 ayda buna eklenen gece terlemesi ve ateş yüksekliği yakınmaları ile hastaneye başvurdu. Radyolojik incelemelerinde bilateral plevral sıvı, perikardiyal sıvı ve asit saptandı. Hastada pansitopeni ve proteinüri mevcuttu. Hastaya klinik, laboratuvar ve serolojik bulgulara dayanılarak Sistemik Lupus Eritematozis tanısı konuldu. Serum Ca 125 düzeyi 192 U/L olarak ölçüldü. Steroid tedavi ile klinik düzelme sağlandı. Kontrolünde serum Ca 125 düzeyi 18 U/L olarak bulundu.
